I know this sounds like a really dumb question, but I am in need of functional (I can store food in) bottles. I found a bunch at a thrift store that are perfect only they look like they were dug out of the ground

I found a bunch at a thrift store that are perfect only they look like they were dug out of the ground. I put them through the dishwasher twice and scrubbed them out the best I could. What are the chances someone would get sick from it?
